The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (Unidroit) is an independent intergovernmental Organisation with its seat  in Rome. Its official purpose is to study needs and methods for modernising, harmonising and co-ordinating private and in particular commercial law as between States and groups of States and to formulate uniform law instruments, principles and rules to achieve those objectives.

The Institute was established in 1940 in Italy (by Musolini government). Its Statutes create several adiministrative organs, one fo which is TRIBUNAL. See  Statutes: http://www.unidroit.org/english/presentation/statute.pdf 

Membership of Unidroit is restricted to States acceding to the Unidroit Statute. Unidroit’s 63 member States are drawn from the five continents and represent a variety of different legal, economic and political systems as well as different cultural backgrounds.

No wonder only a handfull of  THE MIGHTY own all media in the world and its resouces, including U mines and ATOMIC INDUSTRY.

At the second session of the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on 12 September 2003, the Assembly adopted resolution ICC-ASP/2/Res.3 establishing the Permanent Secretariat of the Assembly.

The Permanent Secretariat of the Assembly commenced its work in 2004 in The Hague. The Director of the Secretariat is Mr. Renan Villacis (Ecuador).
